FULLER'S NEW PROGRAMME. An entirely new picture programme will be screened at His Majesty's Theatre to-night, wnich promises to surpass in brilliance the sensational series with which the week was opened. The new programme contains two items of remarkable promise. They are dramas entitled "Father," and "The Power of Love.''

The former will probably be found the favourite of the two. It comprises 3500 feet of film, and every inch of it will surely reach home to the hearts of the onlookers. The tale begins with two rival factory owner, s One of them, named Marny, gets a hireling to fire his rival's factory. After the fire the owner of the burned building is accused of having himself; fired it to get the insurance, and he is consigned to gaol, whence after 13 years he escapes. Disguised as a rag picker, he wandeis away to trace his daughter, and finds her adopted by his old rival. By accident he meets at a tavern the hireling who set lire to the factory, and this man in a state of intoxication reveals the whole story. Confronting Marny in a state of mighty indignation then denounces him, but the latter po nts to hii daughter in the garden with his, Marny's, son, to whom she is happily betrothed. The love of the father for his daughter is so great that he decides to forego his revenge and retire from the scene, but Fate acts for him. A tragic fire causes Marny's death under circumstances of the most thrilling description, and there is a happy reunion of daughter and her long lost father. "The Power of Love" deals with the shady side of Society life from which a young married couple emerge through very devious ways to a happy finish. VOCAL AND 'CELLO RECITAL TO-NIGHT. Music lovers are reminded of the concert in the Municipal Hall tonight by Mr C. H. Stephens, of Wellington, assisted by Mr F. R. Johnstone, 'cellist. Both gentlemen are leading Dominion musicians, residing at Wellington. Reference has already been made to Mr Stephens' fine cultivated tenor voice and his great gift of interpretation. He sings all songs with great taste. Mr F. R. Johnstone similarly lias a great reputation in this district and can be expected to please all with his items. The box plan is at Mr W. Park's. The rest of the programme contains several fcood comedies and subjects of interest.
