FINANCED SETTLERS.
FIRST OTAGO MOVE. (Press Association.—By Telegraph. Oamaru, Yesterday. The Government has sanctioned the purchase of Geo. Bruce's 206 acres farm at Kakanui, under the l and Settlement Finance Act, 1909. The transaction is the first under the Act to take place in the North Otago district. The purchase money averages £3l per acre.
