Dalgety and Co., Ltd., advertise idq page 8 the sale at auction on January 25 of tlie well-known Cliffside estate at Aokautere, about six and a half miles from Palmerston, and four and a half miles from Ashhurst railway station. The property is Mr W. I. Lovelock's. It comprises 608 acres, and is freehold. It is subdivided into nine farms ranging from about 40 to 108 acres in area. It is all flat and rich dairying or fattening land splendidly watered. This is where for some years Mr Lovelock has been breeding his celebrated Holstein Fresian herd.
