CLOSING RATES J£d LOWER,
New Zealand Loan aud Meroautile Agency Co., Ljtd., have received the following cable from their London house: -
Wool market.-As compared with last sales closing rates prices are lower par to %<] per lb for medium greasy orossbred and ooarse greasy crossbred. The demand on American aoobunt is restricted. The general opinion is that the market is likely to improve later on in the year. The following are prices obtained for some local clips :-D.H. over Alani S.G. IOUd.'VS over B
