The Times' Vienna correspondent says that Austria's standpoint requires Servia to explicitly recognise the non-existence of any right to make claims in connection with the annexation. Servia must humbly beg Borne economio favours, the granting of whioli shall not be an international affair. Information from other sources indicates that Austria is determined to deal with Servia direot, in order to present "unfait accompli" to the conference of Powers.
