ALLEGED FALSIFYING OF RECORDS.
THE SAOKYILLE ESTATE CASE.

At the trial at Madrid of three men, Sanohez (olerk in the Chnroh of San Milan', Madrid), Roplio, and Anton, who are charged with falsifying the marriage record of a ballet dancer, Pipita Dnian, with one Gabriel Oliva, alleged to have taken place in 1851, Lanqnin, French interpreter who was, once in the employ of Ernest Henri Jean Baptiste Sokville-WeBG, but is now empluyed by Lionel Saokville-West (a rival olaimant for the Sackville Estates), testified that Ernest gave Rophon 7000 pesetas for falsifying the regis ter.
If the charges against the three men are proved !and the Daran-Oliva marriage record established, then Ernest Saokville ■ West, who is the son of Signorina Dnran and the second Lord Sackville (who died last year is illegitimate, and Lionel Sackville-West, a nephew of the late peer, mast continue in possession of the estates.
