BIG FIRE AT MARTON.

SHOPS DESTEOYED.

The second big fire within the last month broke out at Marton about two o'clock to-day, totally destroying. Mr J, „ M. Nicol'a shop, refreshment rooms, and bakehouse; Mr B. G. Goebel, fruiterer and produce merchant; J. Milligan, crockery and ironmongery; and Mar Bornkold, jeweller's shop and dwelling* The water supply was cut Off temporarily, and when the brigade got to work Nicol's building, where the fire started, was in a mass of flameß. The brigade worked splendidly, and saved several adjoining buildingß.
