(Before Mr A. D. Thomson, S.M.) * Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following undefended cases:—A. Geor (Mr Mowlem) v. S. Blonstein, £5 costs £1 0s 6d; Parkins and Field (Mr Withers) v. H. Moore, 12s costs 6s; Barraud and Abraham (Mr Withers) v. W. O.Mitchell, £8 10s 6d costs 23s 6d; Gifford Moore and Beale v. J. Wilke and wife, .£22 18a 4d costs £1 fis; J. Prentice (Mr Cooper) v. S. Groves, £8 5s costs 28s 6d; T. Iremonger v. H. Boyce, JBS 3s costs 23s 6d. DEFENDED CASES. Geo. Graham (Mr Cooper) claim £410 a for hire of a conveyance and storage. Judgment for plaintiff tor £2 10b and costs 11s. F. E. Edkins (Mr Meatyard) v. G. E. and Alex. MoMinn and E. Henley, claim £10 Hβ 10d for damages alleged to have been done by defendants through breaking a window. Mr Innes appeared for Henley and Mr Ongley for the other defendants. After hearing the evidence, his Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £2 6s end costs £2 16s. MessM' Governlock Bros. (Mr Cooper) v. Barraud. and Abraham (Mr Baldwin) claim £81 10s for a consignment of chaff. A counter-claim of .£l7 9s 6d was entered for damages through non-delivery of 25 tans of chaff inclusive of refund of £3 6s 6d for five tons which was not according,to sample. After evidence had been taken at considerable length during the afternoon, the case was adjourned until Monday next, at 11 a.m.
