Lloyd George states that government by favoured families had been ended and government by the people had really begun and was already dealing with the feudal system, land tithe and the oppression of priestcraft. Next year it was intended to free the schools and the lands. If the Lords barred the way they cculd be sattled also. He said that the Lords could play at being legislators as long as they pleased and described Mr Balf our as the ideal leader in the highest type of the statesmanship of graceful incompetence.
