PRINCE BULOW.
On Ihe Political Situation. Press Association.—Uopyrigbt. Bbblin, July 22. Prince Bulow, interviewed by a French journalist said he rejoiced at the improved relations between France and Germany. Hβ denied that Germany desired colonial expansion and said that the fleet was only intended to protect commerce. He did not anticipate trouble between Japan and the United States and further did not believe in. the Yellow Peril. The Japanese were \oo serious and sensible to threaten Europe.
