Mr J. H. Prosser'B pair of hurdlere Exmoor and Maui were scratched yesterday at 9 a.m. for all engagements at the C.J.C. Grand National Meeting. The popular Awapuni trainer, Mr J. Maher, who lias not had the best of luck this season, leaves for Trenthan on Thursday next. His team foi the Wellington Meeting will be Prospector, Defeat and Tangaroa. The first named will be ridden in his jumping engagements by A. McConnon.
