MR BENT IN LONDON

Mr Bent is closely inspecting the arrival, landing and exhibition of Victorian produce, also consulting financiers and commercial circles relative to the question of taking over the State debts. He believes by the agency undertaking the inscription of loans a saving of £5000 or £6000 a year would be effected.
Mr Bent was present at the opening of the Balkan States Exhibition at Earl's Court.
