PALMERSTON GUARDS.

The final round for the New Zealand Clothing Factory's clock and five other prizes given by Palmerston tradesmen was fired yesterday afternoon. Vol. Vincent takes the clock and deserves great credit for his win. Members wishing to compete at Wanganu on January 22nd must hand in their entrance fees to Mr Merriman to-day. Following are the prize-winners :— hep. Ist 2nd 3rd Tl. Vol. Vincent ..23 74 72 63 232 Sergt. Horn ..30 73 63 60 226 „ Ross .. scr 81 82 52 215 „ Cdllis .. 28 72 64 47 211 Vol. Kennedy.. 31 64 57 53 205 „ Fail-brother 52 46 49 52 199 GOUT GOES GLADLY.

Eheumo and gout cant be in the system together. When Ebeumo goes in the gout goes out. Mr F. D. Pelling, of Ekatahuna, has proved this. Writing on Ist July he says: —" Kindly send me another bottle of your Rheuruo mixture, as I have had no trouble with gout since I have kept it in the house. It gives me immediate relief by taking one dose. I can with confidence recommend Eheumo for either gout or rheumatics." Just one more proof that Ehemo conquers chronic rheumatism. Chemists and stores 2s 6d and 4s 6d per bottle.
