ELECTORAL ROLL FRAUDS.
VERY LIGHT FINES.

Christohurch, Tuesday. At the Magistrate's Court this morning, Henry Havelock Hanna was fined 20s for signing a claim for enrolment while under 21. Mrs M. Marriner, of Papanui, was fined 20s for signing a claim when she had not resided twelve months in the colony. David. John Price was fined 20$ for signing a claim for another person,'and Harokl Henry Ellis, an election can* vasser, was also fined 20s for witnessing the signature of a person he did not see sign a claim.
