Flutter in Milling Circles.
(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, Thursday. The Millers' Association has reduced the price of flour by _1 per ton. The quotations now are £12 to i>l3. Dunedin, Thursday. The Daily Times states that a flutter was caused in milling circles by intimation from ihe headquarters of the Flour Milling Association that a reduction of £1 per ton in the price of flour from £13 to £I' 2 had been made to check importation. A hastily convened meeting of Dunedin millers declined to accept the reduction, contending that at the present price of wheat it was impossible to sell on those terms.
