Shooting-Yachting —Cricket, (Per Press Association.) Wellington, Thursday. At the Wellington Volunteer Bifle Arm's Meeting to-day, private G. Turner, of the Highland Rifles, again won the Champion Belt and gold medal, The teams match was won by the Wellington Guards team. A team from H.M.B. Wollaroo competed in this event but did not shoot into a place. Lord Hawke's cricket team left tonight by steamer for Blenheim, en route to Nelscn and Wostland. At the Port Nicholson Yacht Club's regatta to-day, the first-class race was won by the lorangi, which beat the Waitangi by fourteen minutes. In the second-class race, Mahina, 'Muritai, and Siren finished in that order.
