Best crossbred wethers realised 16s, extra 19s 6d, eood 14s to 15s. medium lis ; ewes, best 15s, extra 17a 3d, good 14s, medium 10s 6d. In cattle there was an improved supply. Prime stock remained firm, but inferior were cheaper. Quotations: Bullocks £13 15s, extra £15, good £11 10s, medium £8; best cows £10, extra £11, good £1 15s, medium £6 10s. Best beef 37s 6d per lOOlbs.
