The Factories Bill.

Mr George Fisher, M.H.R., S aya that the labour laws ace not in themselves bad, but the administration of Sw.ch measures as the Factories Act is stringent and tyrannical to a degree which Parliamei-i never conternplaced. If what one heard about the new Factories Bill were true, and the^ measure were passed, then it would be time to give up business in this: country.
