ATLANTIC AIR SERVICE

(Rec. 1.45 p.m.) OTTAWA, Dec. 26. Canadian officials who have returned from the civil aviation conference at Hamilton (Bermuda) disclosed that an Anglo-Canadian agreement on the North Atlantic air service had been reached.

The agreement provides for British Overseas Airways and Trans-Canada Airlines to operate the service jointly, each with a weekly passenger capacity of 350 each way. The fare was fixed at 375 dollars each way. An official said thtit insufficient planes limiteel the present passenger capacity, which might be increased within a year.
