Washington.—Senator Bridges stated that thfc Senate Committee, on Foreign Relations had agreed not to issue a statement on Major-General P. C. Hurley’s charges against members of the Foreign Service because members did not want to act while the Secretary of State (Mr Byrnes) was abroad.
