The Dominion Auctioneering Coy., report receiving a capacity entry of poul try at their weekly sale, a total clearance being made of all lines at satisfactory rates. T urkey gobblers realised up to £1 19s, prime young ducks to 9s lOd and heavy cockerels to 9s 4d. A large entry of pigs also met with a ready sale, bao oners selling to £3 18s, heavy porkers to £3 14s and heavy stores to £3 2s. In the produce section there was a keen demand for all classes. Quotations: Pigs.—Best weaners, £1 6s to £1 9s; small, £1 Is to £1 ss; slips, £2 to £2 11s; heavy stores, £2 8s to £3 2s; light, £1 17s to £2 3s; hoavy porkers, to £3 14s; light, to £3 ss; baconers, £3 15s to £3 18s. Poultry: Heavy hens 6s Id to 7s 7d; medium, 4s lOd to 5s 6d; light, 3s 6d to 4s 4d; heavy cockerels. 7s lOd to 9s 4d; medium, 5s Id to 6s 3d; cockerel chicks, Is to 2s lOd; pullets, 6s lOd to 11s Id ; young ducks and drakes, '7s 6d to 9s lOd ; old, 3s 7d to 5s Id ; geese, 8s Id to 12s Id; roosters 3s to 5s 6d; turkey gobblers, £1 19s.
