FINE AND COLD. (Press Assn.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 15 An anti-cyclone is over the Tasman Sea and is extending on to the Dominion. The forecast up to 5 p.m. on Sunday is for light.to moderate and variable winds; weather fine; cold tonight; milder day temperatures. The rainfall recorded at the East End for the 24 hours ending 9.30 a.in. on December 15 was 38 points. The total for the month to date is 2.49 in and for the year to date 40.93in.'
