MAGISTRATE’S COURT

A man whose name was suppressed pleaded guillv in the Magistrate’s Court today to a charge of being deemed lo be a rogue and vagabond in that he was found by night without lawful excuse in a washhouse, and also to one of stealing articles of women’s apparel valued at £1 IDs. Mr O. C. Marsaek, S.M., presided and Senr.Sergt. Audley conducted the prosecution. After (be bearing of evidence, accused, who was represented bv Mr G. E. Rowe, was admitted to probation for 12 monllis on the first charge and convicted and discharged on the second.
