The forecast to o p.m. on Wednesday is for moderate to fresh north-westerly winds, weather clouds with occasional rain, temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Improving gradually. River gauge. —Xoon, 3ft. Sunrise.—7.22 a.m.; sunset, 531 p.m. New moon, August 8; first quarter, August 16; full moon, August 23; last quarter, August 30.
