At the monthly meeting of tile Palmerston North Labour Representation Committee delegates representing various industrial organisations wore extended a welcome by the chairman (Mr W. Cannon). Mrs Bennett gave the National Savings Committee’s report ancl moved that affiliations he circularised regarding continued interest in National Savings. Mr Gill gave notice of his desire to resign his position on the L.11.C. executive and his resignation was accepted with regret. Mr Lyons was then elected to fill the position.
