(Rec. 10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, July 5. The Belgian Prime Minister (M. Van Acker) had an arduous day of consultations over the position ol King Leopold. He has seen various Ministers and other leaders, including the Catholic leaders, and the main,.interest is centred on the note he received on Monday, with the Prince Regent, from King Leopold.
