CANADIAN VISITORS
HEARD MUCH OF NEW ZEALAND (Press Assn.) AUCKLAND. Jan. 4
"We have heard so much about New Zealand that we could not go back to Canada without having paid this country a vjsit." said the Canadian High Commissioner to Australia (Mr Justice Davis) when he arrived from Sydney accompanied by Mrs Davis. Ho will spend about three weeks on a tour of the Dominion. Mr Davis said his visit was an unofficial one and he. and his wife intended to see as much of the country as possible. They will leave for Rotorua tomorrow and, after a short stay, will travel to Wellington through Hawke's Bay. in Wellington they will be the guest* of the Canadian High Commissioner to New Zea|and (Dr. Riddell) and Mrs Riddell. They will later visit the South Island and will spend several days in the Auckland district before returning to Australia.
