New York.—Genera] Fairell's Government in Argentina has decreed that all casinos, gambling houses and public utilities there are subject to the State's appropriation, says tho Now York HeraldTribune correspondent at Buenos Aires. Gambling "is one of the largest profit-mak-ing enterprises in Argentina.
