NEW BOOKS
Under the title “Romance of New Zealand” Mrs Annie Wright, of Orewa, tells several interesting stones in which the characters are neatly depicted. Her descriptive work its of a good standard, and these little pen pictures will _ no doubt appeal to her readers, especially Iho=c devoted to New Zealand scenes. The story of tho greenstone chain ts especially appealing.
