.■ OTTAWA, Mar. 24. Mr Mackenzie King announced, firstly, that all unmarried men aged 21 to 30 will be called up for compulsory training service within Canada; secondly, that those engaged in nonessential occupations may be drafted into essential war work, and thirdly, that persons engaged in agricultural pursuits may not leave to take other occupations without the Government's, permissiorl. He added that it had been decided to draft men by lot in the 21-30 age group, also that the call-up applies to all residents of Canada, whether or not they are British subjects.
