ST. PAUL’S CHURCH.

ANNIVERSARY SERVICES

Largo congregations gathered on Sunday last for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of St. Paul’s Church, Broadway, and the 30th anniversary of the opening of the present building. The morning service was conducted by Rev. 11. L. Fiebig, 8.A., of the Cuba Street Church, whose address on “The Folly of Going Alone” (from Exodus, chap. 18. verses 17, 18) was much appreciated. In the evening the musical service was conducted by Rev. Clarence Eaton, who gave a short address on “Making Melody in the Heart” (Eph. 5: 19). _ The choir rendered the anthems, “Be Not Afraid” (Mendelssohn) and “Sun Of My Soul” (Crook). “Deep l Harmony” was sung by a male quartette, and the solo “The Lord’s Prayer” by Mr Winstone Sharp. The anniversary concert takes place on Wednesday night at 7.45.
