WILLARD HOME BOARD.

The "Willard Home Board met yesterday, Airs 13. A. Collins presiding. A motion of sympathy wth Airs E. J. Natlian, of College Street, in. the loss of her son, Paymaster-Lieutenant Gerald Nathan, who is presumed to have died on active service, was passed. A letter expressing sympathy in his illness is to be sent to Mr T. It. Hoddcr. The question of members of the staff of the home wearing uniform was discussed and left in the hands of the chairwoman and secretary (Airs E. B. Jennings) to attend to. The matron (Airs L. Leet) reported that the general health and behaviour of the children had been up to standard. Rev. W. AI. Garner and Airs Garner and friends visited the home last month. There had been many gifts of vegetables, meat, and cakes. Aliss AlcTavish, previously sub-matron, it was reported, had left preparatory to joining the Women's War Service Auxiliary.
