CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES.
“Life” was the subject of tho Les.-on-Sermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, on Sunday. The Golden Text was Psalms 42: 8; “Tho Lord will command His loving kindness in the daytime, and in tho night His song shall be with me, and inv prayer unto the God of ray life.” Among the citations which comprised the Lesson-Sermon were tho following from the Bible: “Verily, . verily, I say unto you, Ho that hcarelh my word, and bclicvef.h on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” (John 5: 24.) Also the following passages from the Christian Science textbook. “Science and Health with Key to the Scrip;tires.” by Mary Baker Eddy: “God is divine Life, and life is no more confined to the forms which reflect it than substance is in its shadow. If life were in mortal man or material things, it would bo subject to their limitations and would end in death. Life is Alind, the creator reflected in His creations.” (p. 331.)
