NOT TO INTERFERE. MADRID, July 17. A "warning to the United States not to interfere m the “European struggle against .Bolshevism'’ was given, by General Franco in a speech to the Falangist Council on the fifth anniversary of the civil war. He added that war between Europe and America would be catastrophic for America.. The German attack against Russia would have no decisive influence upon the fact that the Allies were unable to win. The Allies professed a policy of liberating the invaded nations, which was farcical. Spain, he said, was remaining independent and was relying on her army and the Falangist Party.
