MORE FROSTS. (Press Assn) WELLINGTON, July 17. The forecast is* for light variable winds, with northerlies gradually prevailing. A The weather will bo fair to fine, with frosts again to-night. Tbo succession of frosts which began on Saturday was continued ihis morning when the sixth. 7.8 degrees, was recorded, this being the heaviest of the present series. The occurrence is most unusual ill Palmerston North.
