, In his address to the jury iu the case of the Crown r. Ralph William King, heard in the Supreme Court yosj terday, Mr G. E. Rowe (counsel for the defence) stated that it~ was not denied that, the payments mentioned in the charges were accepted ; it was submitted that they were accepted for the use of a larger ear. Due to a typographical error the word “not” was dropped from the published report.
