Following the sn.bmis.sion of evidence, a jury which heard in the Supreme Court, yesterday, a petition entered by Helen Elizabeth Revel I, of Auckland, for divorce from Claude Leslie Revell, plasterer, of Palmerston North, on the ground of alleged adultery, found In favour of respondent and Mrs Mavis Myrtle Polglase. of Palmerston North, who intervened in the ease on a petition that sin- wished to defend her honour. The petition wns therefore dismissed.
