EIREANN SHIPPING.
STATE COMPANY FORMED. (Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, March 23. Eire has formed a State limited liability shipping company to take the fullest advantage of any opportunity that may be available for providing shipping facilities for the importation of essential commodities. The Minister of Finance will hold 61 per cent, of the share capital and tlie directors will comprise representatives of the Government and the existing Irish shipping companies.
