FEILDING STOCK SALE.
The Associated Auctioneers report on the Feilding sale:—Although the yarding of sheep in all sections was considerably less than at recent sales, the market was dull and lifeless. Most farmers have now filled their requirements of breeding ewes and an casing off in sales in this section was anticipated. There is, however, no apparent justification for the further sharp drop in the prices paid for store and forward conditioned lambs. Farmers are apprehensive as to the future.
