Miss Jocelyn Walker, of Wellington, has been the guest of Mrs M. Andrews, of Feilding.

Mr R. C. Fraser, formerly of the Feilding railway staff, was among the members of the Fourth Reinforcements who left for camp from Feilding on Thursday. Miss N. Laing, of Makino, is leaving this week to take up training for the nursing profession at the Hawera Hospital. The Mayor (Mr T. L. Seddon), chairman of Zone E Patriotic Committee ; Mr C. H. Tate (secretary of the same organisation) and Mr K. M. Little (secretary of the Feilding Patriotic Committee) attended the meeting of provincial zone committees on Saturday in Palmerston North.
