CABINET COUNCIL.
NEW APPOINTMENTS
(Rec. 9.15 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 3. The Emperor has approved Cabinet s appointments of the following ten Cabinet Councillors: General Senjuro Hayashi and Admiral Kivokazn Abo. representing the military; Messrs Chuji Machida. Fusanosake Kuhara, Chikuhei Nakajima and Kenzo Adaclii, tor the political world; Sejnosuke Gob and Seihin Ikeda, industrialists: Kazme Shoda, Government circles; and Kozue Ohtani, religious world. Prince Ivonoye originally planned to abolish the Council. However, he reconsidered it in the belief that a 1 wellbalanced” selection would assist in the establishment of a new political structure.
