GUNS FROM BRITAIN. Received August 26, 1.10 p.m. ISTANBUL, Aug. 25. Tlie last of British big guns destined for the defence of the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus have arrived in Turkey. Troops now guard tlie most important railway bridges and railway centres throughout Turkey.
