STILL UNSETTLED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 12. A depression is still centred north of Auckland and another south of Tasmania. Elsewhere pressure is high. The forecast is for light to fresh winds from an easterly quarter. The weather will bo cloudy and unsettled, with further rain or drizzle, especially in the east and south. Modcrerate temperatures. Seas moderate, but a considerable swell on the east coast. * RIVER GAUGE. Noon.—2ft. 3ins.
