Mr and Mrs 0. G. C. Dermcr. of Waipiko, Cheltenham, have been visiting New Plymouth, Mrs M. Francis, of Wellington Street, who has been visiting her son, Mr Maurice Francis, of Pakihikura, is now jn Wellington. She expects to return home this week. Mi6s A. Melrose, of Dunedin, and Miss K. Shield, of Auckland, will be the guests of Miss M Melrose, of Kimbolton, for the wedding of Miss Phoebe Melrose to Mr Jeffery Hair, next Saturday, and will act as bridesmaids.
