HELD AT MANILA.
MUNITIONS FROM AMERICA. Received August 10, 9.20 am. MANILA, Aug. 9. Twenty American war ’planes and minor quantities ol dynamite, powder and munitions have been unloaded and stored at Manila pending the reopening of the Burma Road. Tt is understood the Chungking Government Halted the shipments. The United States is not involved, and consequently they can bo reshipped whenever the route to China is available.
