WAR ON BRITAIN.
DEMAND BY RIGHTISTS. TOKIO, Aug. 0. The Rightist East Asia Association passed a resolution which was sent to Prince Konoye, Mr Matsuoka, General Tojo and Vice-Admiral Yosliida (members of the Cabinet) demanding the immediate declaration of war on Britain as a retaliation for the British arrests of Japanese. The police arrested an armed man loittering in front of the residence of the Minister of Finance (Mr I. Kawada), now the most influential man in finance circles. He is considered pro-Britisli.
