POCKET HANSARDS. LONDON, Aug. 5. The Treasury, without explanation, has ordered the indefinite postponement of the publication of the sixpenny Penguin Hansard containing a digest of the House of Commons debates for the period between the appointment of Mr Chamberlain as Premier and that of Mr Churchill. Between 30,000 and 40,000 copies have been circulated.
