CHANGES IN HOLLAND. . 1 AMSTERDAM. Aug. 3. The director of the Netherlands Textile Distribution Bureau announces that Germany will issue ration cards for clothing in occupied Holland on August 12. The sale of textiles would bo based on the German method. The German radio condemned Dr. Colijn’s attempt to create a national front, and said that unless the Dutch established political unity on the German model, measures would be taken to impose it. Official decrees issued iu Holland by the Governor, Dr. Seyss-Inquart, prohibit the Jewish ritual method of slaughtering cattle and indicate the beginning of anti-Jewish legislation.
