DAMAGED SHIPS.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Aug. 2. The damaged liner Armadale is to go on the floating dock to-morrow morning to enable the full extent of tho damage to be ascertained. The discharging of 11.000 tons of motor spirit from the tanker Ole Jacob, with which she was involved in a collision, is proceeding at Miramar; it will take five or six days, and until then an examination of the damage to the ship cannot be carried out.
