INTEREST-FREE LOANS.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. June 14. Interest-free loans of £IOOO for the duration and six months thereafter have been received by the Minister, of Finance from Mr G. T. Weston (Christchurch) and Brenan and Co., Ltd. (Paeroa). The Evans Bay Timber Co., Wellington, has made a donation of £IOO. The total now is £2,044,742.
